At Château Gaby, respect for nature is taken to the extreme. We're convinced that music has therapeutic properties for plants. As a follower of Génodique, a science developed by Joël Sternheimer, who advocates music therapy as an alternative to pesticides, we have installed music boxes that emit frequencies to strengthen and stimulate the vines.
During your visit, we'll explain this philosophy, which has contributed to the unique identity of our vineyard.
